site gsinfo

Description

Displays detailed information on a group, but does not list members of the group. This command is not to be confused with site ginfo which lists the members of a group and provides basic statistics on each member within the group.

Syntax

site gsinfo <group>

Detailed information on the options/arguments: <group>

Limitations

• This command can only be used by group administrators and site operators. Note that group administrators can currently view information on any other group on the server. This will be changed in the near future so group administrators can only view details on their own primary group.

Examples

site gsinfo webmasters

Shows detailed information about the webmasters group including group tag line, ratio, home directory, maximum logins for the entire group, etc.
